Deposit/Cancellation Policy

After making your reservation, the signed agreement and a $500 deposit (which converts to a fully refundable "good care" deposit) are due within 5 days to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

NO REFUNDS for CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURES EXCEPT AS NOTED - Refunds will be made for cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel within 21 days of your rental period or depart early, we will retain the rental fee (you will have the opportunity to rebook for another time). If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund that part of the rental amount.

** Smoking outdoors only, and no pets.
** Outdoor surveillance camera on property
** Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be an occupant of the home during the entire reserved period
